Sea Shipping

Sea shipping is the most commonly used mode of transportation in international trade, especially suitable for bulk cargo. We typically choose Qingdao as the port of departure, but ports such as Dalian, Ningbo, Shanghai, Quanzhou, Shenzhen, Xiamen, and Nanning are also available.

Sea Shipping Options

  • Less than Container Load (LCL):
    • LCL is suitable for customers with small shipments. We will consolidate your goods with those of other customers in the same container, saving on shipping costs.
    • This method is particularly advantageous for customers who do not require full container shipping, effectively reducing transportation expenses.
  • Full Container Load (FCL):
    • FCL is suitable for large shipments, allowing customers to ship a full container, ensuring the safety and integrity of the goods.
    • This method reduces the number of loading and unloading occurrences, lowering the risk during transportation and providing faster shipping speed.
  • Breakbulk Shipping:
    • For oversized machinery or special cargo, we offer breakbulk shipping services. This method can flexibly address the shipping needs of oversized and heavy cargo.
    • We will select the appropriate transport tools based on the dimensions and weight of the cargo, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.

Land Transport

Land transport is suitable for domestic or neighboring countries' shipping, especially when the cargo is small or the distance is short. Our land transport services include:

Air Freight and International Express

Packaging Details

To ensure the safety of equipment during transportation, EilangCNC emploies multi-layer packaging techniques. The specific packaging steps are as follows:

  • Outer Packaging:
    • Use high-quality marine export plywood boxes that are sturdy and durable, effectively resisting external impacts and environmental factors.
    • The exterior of the box is marked with clear shipping labels to ensure proper handling during transportation.
  • Inner Packaging:
    • PE Bubble Wrap: Each machine is wrapped in PE bubble wrap, providing excellent cushioning protection against vibration and impact.
    • Stretch Film: The inner and outer layers of stretch film ensure that the goods do not move during transportation, enhancing cargo stability.
    • Moisture-proof Film: To prevent moisture from affecting the machinery, we use specialized moisture-proof film for additional packaging.
  • Environmental Protection:
    • Our packaging materials comply with environmental standards, aiming to reduce impact on the environment.

Delivery Terms

We adhere to internationally recognized trade terms (Incoterms) to ensure the security and transparency of transactions. Below are the main delivery terms we support:

  • EXW (Ex Works): The buyer picks up the goods at the seller's location (e.g., factory, warehouse), with the seller not responsible for subsequent transportation. The buyer bears all risks and costs.
  • FCA (Free Carrier): The seller delivers the goods to the carrier at the agreed location, bearing costs and risks until the goods are delivered to the carrier.
  • CPT (Carriage Paid To): The seller bears the freight and risk until the goods are delivered to the carrier at the designated destination, suitable for customers needing to control shipping costs.
  • CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To): The seller not only bears the transportation costs but also needs to insure the goods, ensuring safety during transportation.
  • DAP (Delivered At Place): The seller bears all costs and risks until the goods arrive at the buyer's specified location, with no further action required from the customer.
  • DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded): The seller is responsible for transporting the goods to the destination and unloading them, ensuring safe delivery.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): The seller bears all costs, including customs duties and other fees at the destination, providing more convenient service for the buyer.
  • FAS (Free Alongside Ship): The seller delivers the goods alongside the ship, and the buyer bears costs and risks from this point onward.
  • FOB (Free on Board): The seller loads the goods onto the ship at the port of shipment and bears costs and risks, while the buyer is responsible for costs and risks from the port of shipment onward.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): The seller bears the costs of shipping, insurance, and freight, ensuring safe delivery of goods to the destination port, suitable for customers needing comprehensive protection.

Shipping Cycle and Transport Time

For standard models, our shipping cycle is 7 days, while the shipping period for customized models needs to be confirmed based on specific circumstances. We will maintain close communication with customers to ensure that the shipping time meets your needs.
